My name is Mario Neal, and I find myself amidst a harrowing battle for truth and justice—a struggle that has brutally upended my world and wrenchingly torn my children from my arms. This conflict goes beyond my personal anguish; it is a stark confrontation with a deeply entrenched system corrupted by wealth and power. At the sinister core of this conflict lie the All-Saints Catholic Academy and the Catholic Church, institutions that, under the guise of guardianship and education, have blatantly ignored court orders, faced no repercussions, and silenced the innocent cries of my children despite overwhelming evidence of abuse.

The architects of this travesty are James and Pam Neal, who have exploited their affluence to shield their son, Thomas Neal, from facing the consequences of child abuse allegations. Thomas, wielding significant power as a board member of All Saints, has coerced police, manipulated court judges, and especially enlisted guardian ad litem, Wendy Musielak, to create an impenetrable fortress of deception, ensuring their actions remain above reproach.

Their collective deeds have not only endangered the welfare of my beloved children but have also sought with unwavering determination to obliterate my reputation and existence for daring to challenge the veil of lies surrounding these heinous acts. This deeply personal vendetta underscores a broader, urgent appeal for justice and the preservation of our system’s integrity.

On December 22, 2023, as Thomas Neal was under investigation by the DCFS for child abuse, my children were mercilessly stripped from my care. Any parent can barely fathom the depth of despair that comes with realizing you can no longer shield your own children from harm. In a clandestine court hearing that systematically excluded me, Ms. Musielak, alongside Chuck and Rick Roberts and Dr. Hatcher, spun a web of unfounded allegations to extinguish my parental rights, seizing control of the child abuse investigations.

In this moment of profound adversity, I stand unwavering and plead for your solidarity and support. Your intervention is critical to illuminate these dark injustices.

Conspiracy and Non-Compliance

Mrs. Margie Marshall and Mrs. Christina Magaña at All Saints Catholic Academy, with the support of the legal office of the Diocese of Joliet, have conspired with Thomas Neal and Wendy Musielak to conceal child abuse disclosed by my children. They have obstructed justice by deleting records of abuse from the school and failing to report these incidents to law enforcement and DCFS. Their involvement in my divorce case has unlawfully impacted my parental rights. Their blatant refusal to comply with court orders to disclose subpoenaed records not only undermines the legal process but also perpetuates a cycle of secrecy and neglect, putting vulnerable children at continued risk.

Wendy Musielak

Guardian ad Litem Failure

Appointed Guardian ad Litem, Wendy Musielak has egregiously neglected her legal duty to protect my children. Instead of advocating for their well - being, she has colluded with the court and opposing counsel to conceal child abuse. She has actively obstructed justice by lying to investigators to protect Thomas Neal from accountability, urging them to close their cases prematurely. This betrayal of trust is a gross dereliction of her responsibilities, endangering innocent lives she was appoin ted to safeguard.

Dr. Roger Hatcher

Compromised Integrity

Dr. Roger Hatcher, a psychiatrist, accepted $10,000 to fabricate a medical diagnosis that unjustly tarnished my reputation. This unethical act facilitated the wrongful removal of my children, severely impeding investigations into their abuse and compromising the integrity of his profession. Dr. Hatcher committed perjury by repeatedly making false allegations under oath about my parental abilities and mental health. On December 20th, he wrote an affidavit filled with extreme, unsubstantiated statements, requesting the court to terminate my parental rights without evidence to support his claims. He has refused to comply with court-ordered subpoenas to disclose his records. Despite not being the list of court-approved psychiatrists, Mr. Roberts and Ms. Musielak, with approval from Judge Aranud, appointed Dr. Hatcher to my divorce case, further tainting the legal process with their corrupt actions.

Chuck and Rick Roberts

Complicit Counsel

Chuck and Rick Roberts, the opposing counsel representing Thomas Neal, have been complicit in exonerating him of any wrongdoing. Their collaboration with Dr. Roger Hatcher, Wendy Musielak, and Judge Louis Aranda has been instrumental in unjustly stripping away both my ri ghts and those of my children, further entrenching a corrupt legal system. Court transcripts reveal that Mr. Roberts was having conversations with Judge Aranda during weekends to discuss the case. They have also filed numerous motions containing fraudulent documents that were accepted by the court. For example, they filed a motion to evade child support payments, and despite providing strong evidence of child support fraud, the judge granted their request. They have also threatened me to accept their demands. A motion was filed to ask for an investigation, but none was conducted.

Bill Cherny

Betrayal of Trust

Initially trusted as a strong and honest attorney, Bill Cherny betrayed my confidence by colluding with opposing counsel. In May 2023, I discovered he had shared confidential emails with them, weakening my legal standing and causing me to lose hearings in favor of Thomas Neal. He attempted to deceive me into paying child support to Thomas Neal, despite the income disparity, and aimed to eliminate all child support obligations for Neal. After filing a complaint with the ARDC, which is now under investigation, Cherny retaliated by reaching out to my employer with false allegations to jeopardize my employment. His actions have had devastating personal and professional consequences.

Naperville Police Department

Neglect and Collusion

The Naperville Police Department has failed to properly investigate my allegations of abuse. After I filed a report, they never contacted me for a fair investigation and hastily closed the case within two days, demonstrating clear collusion to dismiss the matter. Instead of appointing an investigator, the sergeant had the department's social worker reach out, implying I needed mental support rather than legal assistance. Their efforts to discredit me and undermine my allegations left me and my children unprotected, highlighting a systemic failure to uphold justice and accountability.

under the guise of protection. Yet, this glaring act of injustice serves only to shield those who have caused them harm.

Amidst a place where refuge and knowledge should be paramount, All Saints Catholic Academy, lies a chilling complicity. It has become a haven for Thomas Neal, a figure of authority and trust, now standing at the core of this controversy as a prominent board member. Mrs. Marshall, the principal of All Saints, and Mrs. Magaña, a social worker within this Catholic institution, have worked tirelessly to cover up allegations of child abus e made by my children, shielding Thomas Neal from accountability.

A Breach of Trust and Duty

Mrs. Marshall’s actions — or rather, her inactions — highlight a profound breach of both religious and legal duties. As the principal of a Catholic school, she is entrusted with the profound responsibility of safeguarding all students. Yet, she stands accused of not just neglecting this duty, but actively undermining efforts to unveil and address serious allegations of child abuse. My repeated attempts to engage with her on these pressing issues have been met with resistance and dismissal — my calls for meetings ignored, my emails blocked, and my voice silenced by the very person who should be the most vocal advocate for the welfare of our children.
Mrs. Magaña, who was supposed to provide emotional support to my children, also failed in her duties. According to s ubpoenaed records, my eldest daughter disclosed instances of abuse to Mrs. Magaña, including being locked in her room by her grandmother, Pamela Neal, preventing her from seeing me. Despite her role as a mandated reporter, Mrs. Magaña chose to ignore these disclosures and did not report them to DCFS, as required by law. Instead, she colluded with Mrs. Marshall and Thomas Neal to hide the abuse and silence my children.

Collusion and Cover - Up

More alarming is Mrs. Marshall’s apparent collusion with influentia l figures, including my husband, a board member, raising critical concerns about the potential concealment of abuse cases from justice. Her blatant refusal to honor court orders further deepens the suspicion of her intent to withhold pivotal information, s ignificantly obstructing my parental rights and, more critically, the safety and justice due to my and all children at All Saints Catholic Academy.
On March 19th, in a brazen display of obstruction, Mrs. Marshall involved law enforcement to prevent my chil dren from speaking to DCFS investigators about allegations against Thomas Neal. Such conduct not only breaches legal boundaries but starkly showcases an intent to bury the truth and eschew accountability.

The Legal Onslaught

The legal office of the Diocese of Joliet has also intimidated, threatened, and harassed me to stop my investigation into wrongdoing. Thomas, Pam, James, and Kristy Neal have been identified by my children as the sources of their suffering. Yet, their desperate cries for help have been met with a silence so profound, it’s deafening. Christina Magaña and Maggie Marshall, officials within the sanctity of education, chose not only to disregard these pleas but to obliterate the very evidence of my children’s torment.
Many individuals with po wer and influence have illegally failed to protect my rights and those of my children. Judge Louis Aranda of the 18th Circuit Court, Guardian ad Litem Wendy Musielak, opposing counsel Chuck and Rick Roberts, Dr. Roger Hatcher, and my former attorney Bill C hery, who resigned after I uncovered his collusion with Mr. Roberts and Mrs. Musielak, have all played roles in this travesty. They’ve blatantly ignored evidence of abuse, opting instead to sever my parental rights despite ongoing DCFS and criminal investi gations — a stark attempt to smother the truth and silence the pain.
On December 22, 2023, my constitutional right to a fair trial was denied, and my legal parental rights were taken away. This occurred a week after DCFS opened an investigation on Thomas Nea l for allegations of assaulting my son during dinner. I received the motion for hearing at 5:00 PM on December 21 to be held the next morning at 10:30 AM — less than 24 hours to prepare a defense. When I attempted to join the hearing via Zoom, the judge deni ed me access, and the hearing proceeded without me, violating my right to a fair trial. During the hearing, Roger Hatcher wielded a false affidavit with baseless allegations about my mental state, claiming I was a danger to my children, while the poignant truth of my children’s suffering was disregarded.
Due to the active investigation into the allegations by my son, I was ordered to see my daughters for only one hour a week under supervision. Since there was an active DCFS investigation, my son was not all owed to see me at all until the investigation was closed. Documents show that my son would cry desperately at the DuPage Children’s Center, where I was forced to see my kids, wanting to see me. He was forced to wait outside while his sisters were allowed t o see me. The trauma inflicted on my son was cruel and inhuman. Once the investigation was closed two months later, my son was allowed to see me with his sisters for one hour per week. Since the visits were supervised, my children could no longer share wha t was going on with their father.
Experiencing my children’s agony in fleeting moments, limited to a mere hour each week, their pleas to return home echoing in my heart, imparts a pain beyond words. They find themselves ensnared in a web of suffering, whil e I stand, my potency to shield them stripped away by a corrupt system predicated on secrecy and injustice.
All investigations of abuse allegations made by my children against the Neal family were intervened by Ms. Musielak. Contacting DCFS and criminal in vestigators to falsely claim that Thomas Neal was a fit parent and that all allegations she had investigated were unfounded, subpoenaed records show that Mrs. Musielak made false statements to protect Thomas Neal from prosecution.

This is a clarion call, a plea that resonates with the urgency of now. I stand before you, laying bare a truth that demands action, beseeching you to join me in tearing down the bastions of corruption that have inflicted unspeakable harm upon my family. Together, le t us champion the cause of justice, to reinstate the safety and serenity my children are inherently entitled to. Together, we can turn the tides, ensuring that such grievous injustices find no shelter within our society.

A Blatant Violation of the International Parental Kidnapping Act

In broad daylight, my children were callously torn from my care in a brazen violation of the International Parental Kidnapping Act. This despicable act not only stands as a moral outrage but also serves as a blatant criminal transgression of the Act, as defined in 18 U.S.C. *1204. This law explicitly forbids the “knowing removal or retention ofa child… with the intent to obstruct the lawful exercise of parental rights.” The actions taken against me and my children not only flout this federal statute but also trample on the fundamental rights of every parent. This unjust separation must be rightfully acknowledged for what it truly is: a criminal maneuver amounting to legal kidnapping.

A Web Of Corruption: Judicial Malfeasance and the Denial Of Justice

Judge Louis Aranda, entrusted with upholding justice, has been confronted with an irrefutable abundance of evidence regarding the abuse suffered by my children. Shockingly, he has chosen to brazenly disregard these urgent pleas for help. Instead of protecting the innocent, he has consistently displayed a flagrant bias in favor of Thomas Neal, granting him every favorable motion, including the disastrous decision to remove my children from my care. Judge Aranda’s actions go beyond mere negligence; they epitomize deliberate misconduct. He has stooped to outright fraud in matters concerning child support, shamelessly turning a blind eye to legal and ethical norms by exempting Thomas Neal from fulfilling his obligations.
Even more alarmingly, Judge Aranda has actively obstructed my participation in crucial hearings, enabling opposing counsel to perpetuate falsehoods and endorsing the submission of fraudulent and illegal statements. To conceal their crimes, numerous motions, court hearings, and orders have been sealed. His unethical private discussions and collusion with Chuck Roberts and Wendy Musielak further degrade the integrity of the judicial process. Despite my relentless appeals to the Naperville Police Department and numerous efforts to prompt an investigation by the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office, my concerns have been met with indifference rather than a genuine pursuit of justice.
Driven to seek accountability, I have escalated these grave issues to the FBI and Illinois State Police, expecting an immediate response to protect my children. Yet, no action has been taken to safeguard them. This abhorrent corruption permeating our judicial system must be exposed and rectified to restore fairness and protect the most vulnerable among us.

In a horrific revelation, it has come to light that despite harrowing reports of child abuse made by my children to various authorities, every attempt to seek justice has been met with a systematic and calculated obstruction. Wendy Musielak, orchestrating a disturbing cover-up, has manipulated investigations with the sole intent of shielding Thomas Neal from prosecution. Her actions transcend mere negligence, as she has callously met with my children not to protect them, but to stifle their desperate cries for help and coach them on how to deceive investigators to safeguard Thomas Neal.
Displaying a blatant disregard for the welfare of vulnerable children, Musielak has interfered with these critical inquiries, shamelessly portraying Thomas Neal as an upstanding individual while baselessly discrediting my children’s legitimate allegations by unfairly linking them to my alleged mental health issues. Her wanton violation of established safeguards designed to safeguard children has allowed her deceit to continue unchecked.
The judiciary’s failure to promptly remove Musielak from the case, despite overwhelming evidence of her criminal conduct, only serves to further jeopardize the safety of my children, condemning them to endure continued abuse. This egregious inaction not only perpetuates their suffering but also necessitates extensive therapy to address and heal from the profound and lasting traumas inflicted upon them. It is imperative that this heinous cover-up be exposed, and those responsible be held accountable to ensure the protection and justice these innocent children rightfully deserve.
