Ensuring Accountability and Transparency at All Saints Catholic Academy
In the heart of our community, All Saints Catholic Academy was envisioned as a beacon of trust, safety,
and high educational standards. Yet, today, a shadow looms over this institution, casting doubt on its
commitment to protect the very individuals it was meant to nurture. Central to this growing concern is
Principal Mrs. Marshall, whose actions—or rather, inactions—have stirred unrest and outrage among
parents and guardians who seek nothing but a secure and honest environment for their children.
Mrs. Marshall, entrusted with the profound responsibility to safeguard all students, stands accused Of
not just neglecting this duty, but actively undermining efforts to unveil and address serious allegations of
child abuse within her staff. My repeated attempts to engage with her on these pressing issues have
been met with resistance and dismissal—my calls for meetings ignored, my emails blocked, and my voice
silenced by the very person who should be the most vocal advocate for the welfare of our children.
More alarming is Mrs. Marshall’s apparent collusion with influential figures, including my husband, a
board member, raising critical concerns about the potential concealment Of abuse cases from justice.
Her blatant refusal to honor court orders further deepens the suspicion of her intent to withhold pivotal
information, significantly obstructing my parental rights and, more critically, the safety and justice due to
my and all children at All Saints Catholic Academy.
Breach of Religious and Legal Duties
As the principal of a Catholic school, Mrs. Marshall’s actions represent a profound breach of the religious
and moral duties she is sworn to uphold. The Catholic faith emphasizes compassion, justice, and the
protection of the innocent. Mrs. Marshall’s failure to act on serious allegations Of abuse, her efforts to
block communication, and her attempts to obstruct investigations stand in stark contrast to these
teachings.
Her involvement in my divorce proceedings and the unsubstantiated allegations she has introduced in
court have blatantly violated my rights as a parent. Even when presented with an opportunity to correct
these baseless claims, Mrs. Marshall has chosen to stand by her actions, further questioning her ethical
alignment and integrity.
Collusion with Mrs. Magaña
Equally troubling is the role of Mrs. Magaöa, the school social worker, who has failed to protect my
children and uphold the Catholic values of the institution. According to subpoenaed records, my
daughter disclosed instances of abuse to Mrs. Magaöa, who initially informed the Guardian ad Litem.
However, soon after, Mrs. Magaöa’s reports ceased, and she began denying the conversations ever took
place, evidently to shield Thomas Neal from scrutiny.
The extent of Mrs. Marshall’s interference reached a critical point on March 19th—when in a brazen
display of obstruction, she involved law enforcement in a bid to prevent my children from speaking to
DCFS investigators about allegations against Thomas Neal. Such conduct not only breaches legal
boundaries but starkly showcases an intent to bury the truth and eschew accountability.
Demand for Immediate Action
This behavior cannot stand. I demand that Mrs. Marshall immediately comply with all court orders and
cease any actions that aim to shield incidents of abuse associated with All Saints Catholic Academy. The
stakes—our children’s safety and the sanctity of justice—are far too high for inaction and cover-ups.
I call upon the authorities, the school community, and all concerned citizens to join me in demanding a
full, transparent investigation into Mrs. Marshall’s conduct and the broader handling of abuse allegations
within All Saints Catholic Academy. Only through such rigorous scrutiny and accountability can we hope
to restore trust in an institution meant to be a safe harbor for learning and growth.
The time for silence and passivity has long passed. Now is the moment for decisive action and
unwavering commitment to justice and transparency. For the sake of our children, let us stand together
in demanding that those in power do right by the responsibilities bestowed upon them.
