The chilling truth behind a disturbing series of potential child abuse incidents and the insidious efforts to silence my concerns at All Saints Catholic Academy demands immediate attention.

Revealing the Scandal

On January 11th, 2023, my eldest daughter bravely disclosed incidents of inappropriate conduct by her grandfather and alarming experiences involving her father, Thomas Neal, to the schoo l social worker, Mrs. Christina Magaña. However, Mrs. Magaña, Principal Mrs. Marshall, and Assistant Principal Mrs. Detwiler have shamefully abandoned their moral and professional obligations as mandated reporters to ensure the safety of their students and provide a secure educational environment.
Subpoenaed records have uncovered appalling discussions hinting at a sinister collusion between Mrs. Magaña and Mrs. Marshall with guardian ad litem Wendy Musielak to suppress these grave allegations rather than conduct a thorough investigation.

Despite numerous emails asking Mrs. Marshall to explain the lack of action from Mrs. Magaña, she denied
that such a conversation between Mrs. Magaña and my daughter ever occurred, even after being presente
d with records
proving it did. She continued to deny it.

On March 15, 2023, I took my children to DCFS for an investigation into another allegation of child abuse. Following the
directions from the DCFS investigator, I picked up my three children for the appointment. Although it was Thomas Neal’s
day to pick up the kids from school, he was out of state, as confirmed by United Airlines subpoena records. Therefore,
per court orders, I had the right of first refusal.

Failure to Act

Institutional Betrayal

The betrayal at All Saints Catholic Academy reached a disturbing new low when, after being notified of the DCFS appointment, Mrs. Marshall involved the police to bring the children back, abruptly ending the interview and enabling Thomas Neal ’ s parents to remove the childr en from DCFS custody. Thomas Neal, his attorney, and parents worked together to orchestrate this deceitful maneuver, taking advantage of Thomas Neal ’ s absence to allow the grandparents to gain custody.
The following day, Mrs. Magaöa acted in clear violation of protocol by removing my daughter from class on an unscheduled day, seemingly to gather information to report to Thomas Neal. Despite the requirement to communicate with both parents, Mrs. Magana only reached out to Thomas Neal, sharing confidential details of her conversation with my daughter while deliberately excluding me from the communication loop.

Collusion and Cover - Up

Collusion and cover – up have further tainted the situation at All Saints Catholic Academy. On March 16, 2023, Mrs. Magaña and Mrs. Marshall spoke with Mrs. Musielak, warning her about my visit to DCFS. Despite subpoena records confirming this interaction, they brazenly denied contacting the GAL (Guardian ad Litem), compounding their attempts to hide their misconduct.
My relentless efforts to expose this disturbing misconduct and subsequent cover-up have been met with a cold wall of silence. The emails in which I detailed my concerns were callously ignored, intensifying suspicions of a deliberate effort to bury the truth and protect those involved.

Desperate Measures to Silence Me and Conceal the Truth

The escalating crisis at All Saints Catholic Academy has taken an alarming dive, with direct attacks on my ability to be a parent and to stand up for the truth. On December 10, 2023, in the midst of a DCFS investigation targeting Thomas Neal, Wendy Musielak alongside Rick and Chuck Roberts, launched a shocking and outright illegal bid to strip away my parental rights. The situation deteriorated further on December 21, 2023, when, in a bewildering act of manipulation, Mr. Chuck Roberts compensated Dr. Hatcher with $10,000 to concoct a false mental health diagnosis against me. This baseless claim painted me as unfit, supporting their audacious plea to the court to revoke my parental rights. Adding to their deceit, they fabricated allegations of me verbally assaulting Mrs. Marshall at school — a claim Mrs. Marshall neither refuted nor clarified.
These maneuvers didn’t stop at personal attacks; to safeguard All Saints, they managed to convince the court to prohibit me from any form of communication with the school. Their clear goal: to muffle my voice and derail my relentless pursuit Of transparency and justice. Moreover, the court’s decision unexpectedly allowed Mrs. Magaöa to assume contact with my children—a development that further complicates my fight to protect and be part of my children’s lives. This was a distressing chapter in my battle against the abusive power dynamics and opaque operations at All Saints Catholic Academy.
In an effort to seek community support and expose these injustices, I reached out to other parents. Unfortunately, Mrs. Marshall dismissively branded me as an “angry parent,” while misleading communications from Ms. McLean falsely indicated collaboration between the church and my efforts. Despite my outreach, the school administration failed to acknowledge or rectify the situation, opting instead to suppress and conceal the ongoing abuse. On April 2nd, 2024, after sending an email, Mrs. Marshall directed to block my emails to all staff at ASCA, effectively silencing my advocacy for my children and hindering my quest for the truth.

Demand for Justice Amidst Evasion and Intimidation:

In response to the seeming cover – up by Ms. McLean and Mrs. Marshall regarding m y attempts to unearth the truth at All Saints Catholic Academy, I took decisive legal action. On April 10, 2024, I issued a court – ordered subpoena to the administration and Mrs. Magaña to provide all communications related to the Neal Case. I demanded tran sparency from Mrs. Marshall, Mrs. Magaña, Maggie Detwiller, and Whitney McDaniel by subpoenaing them for relevant communications. Sadly, what I received were merely superficial records of my children ’ s attendance and grades – nothing that illuminated any o f the potentially illegal or unethical activities at the school. This scant disclosure underscores a deliberate attempt to obscure vital information and block any insight into the misconduct at All Saints.
This tactical evasion was quickly followed by more direct harassment. On April 11, 2024, the day after the subpoenas were dispatched, Ms. Mary Ann McLean issued a No Trespassing Order against me. This action, threatening my arrest should I set foot on school grounds, is a blatant use of intimidation tactics designed to suppress my advocacy and hinder any further investigation into possible criminal behaviors within the ASCA. These developments are deeply troubling, not just for the personal ramifications they hold, but for the broader implications concerning transparency, justice, and the safeguarding of parent rights at All Saints Catholic Academy. The institution’s actions to stifle inquiry and silence dissent reveal a disturbing pattern of behavior that must be challenged.

In the face o f these heinous allegations, an immediate, independent, and exhaustive investigation is imperative. I implore the All Saints community to join forces in demanding accountability from Mrs. Marshall and an end to the deceitful cover – up. Together, we can cham pion transparency and justice for my three children who have endured unspeakable atrocities. By implementing re strictions that severely limit my ability to communicate with and be involved in my children’s education, including blocking my emails from ASCA staff and filing a No Trespassing order, All Saints Catholic Academy has blatantly breached Article I, Section 8.1 of the Illinois Constitution and the Illinois Crime Victims ’ Bill of Rights, 725 ILCS 120. These measures not only infringe upon my fundamental rights but also pose serious impediments to advocating for and safeguarding my children’s welfare.

2. System atic Denial of Parental Rights and Due Process:

The Academy’s actions, which grant Thomas Neal exclusive decision – making authority and restrict my participatory rights, are a flagrant denial of the due process and equal protection clauses under the Fourtee nth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. This unilateral decision – making undermines the legal standards meant to protect parental rights and ensure justice.

3. Manifest Conflict of Interest and Misuse of Authority :

Allowing ongoing interactions between some school staff and my children despite actions that harm their mental and physical well – being, such as concealing child abuse allegations made by my children, indicates a profound abuse of power. For instance, Mrs. Magaña’s conduct raises significant alarms about the integrity of the Academy’s governance and its impact on my children’s mental and physical well – being.

4. Deliberate Obfuscation and Cover - Up of Abuse Allegations:

The apparent systematic efforts by All Saints Catholic Academy to conceal evidence and minimize serious abuse allegations suggest deep – seated corruption that prioritizes protecting certain individuals over the safety and rights of victims, including my children. Their collusion with Wendy Musielak to impact court decisions favoring Thom as Neal further underscores this conduct. This behavior not only erodes ethical standards but may also violate protective laws designed to shield individuals from abuse.
The egregious violations of fundamental human rights and deeply worrying issues arising from the illegal actions of All Saints Catholic Academy demand immediate attention and resolution. The Academy’s deliberate obstruction of justice, blatant disregard for constitutional rights, and systemic corruption cannot be ignored.

Egregious Non-Compliance and Deliberate Obstruction of Justice

On May 7th, 2024, I received what I believed to be the documents subpoenaed. However, it became immediately apparent that critical documents were intentionally omitted, blatantly violating the explicit legal request made. Despite detailed instructions demanding full disclosure of all communications and records, their failure to comply was flagrant and unmistakable.
The documents were sent by the Legal Office of the Diocese of Joliet, whose legal personnel are fully aware of the legal requirements of a subpoena. As required by law, an Affidavit of Compliance must be included to attest that all records were submitted pursuant to the subpoena. This critical component was conspicuously absent, a clear indication of their deliberate disregard for legal protocol.
For the legal team to fail to comply with the subpoena is a glaring indication that they are concealing documents that could reveal unethical or criminal behavior. This is not just a procedural oversight; it is a calculated move to obstruct justice and perpetuate a cover-up. Mrs. Marshall and her associates must be held accountable for this blatant violation of the law.

The subpoena explicitly stated the following requirements:

“Copies of every form of communication including – but not limited to – letters, telephone logs, electronic mail (email), text messages, and other digital communication records that pertain to the aforementioned individuals, their respective legal counsels, the Guardian Ad Litem, Wendy Musielak, and any secondary or tertiary parties associated with this ongoing legal matter.”
“ADDITIONALLY, we command you to provide any and all communication records, documents, notes, transcripts, minutes of meetings, or other relevant documents that involve the interaction of Thomas Neal in his capacity as a board member, including any interactions with any staff members, yourself, or other board members of All Saints Catholic Academy.”
The situation at All Saints Catholic Academy has escalated to an intolerable level of misconduct and obstruction of justice. The deliberate omission of critical documents by the Legal Office of the Diocese of Joliet, despite the explicit requirements of the subpoena, is a stark indication of their intent to hide unethical or criminal behavior. Their blatant disregard for legal processes undermines the very foundations of justice and accountability.
