Ensuring Accountability and Transparency at All Saints Catholic Academy
In an agonizing journey through darkness, my children and I have been victims of unimaginable injustice.
What began as a bid to protect us from dome
stic abuse at the hands of Thomas Neal has spiraled into a
nightmare, orchestrated by those who were supposed to safeguard the innocent.
In the face of systemic
failures and severe allegations of abuse, I am compelled to bring to light the struggles my fam
ily and I are
facing with All Saints Catholic Academy and associated legal entities. The ongoing actions against my
children cannot be overlooked, and I earnestly beseech your support and immediate attention to rectify
the injustices unfolding
The ongoing
struggle to protect my children from abuse and ensure their well
–
being has been met with
alarming resistance and obstruction from key figures at All Saints Catholic Academy. Despite my tireless
efforts, the systemic bias and deliberate attempts to silence
my children’s cries for help have intensified,
making it imperative that we rally together to demand justice and accountability
A Parent ’ s Plea for His Children
Since Thomas Neal successfully modified my Order of Protection against him for domestic abus
e, the
emotional support my children desperately needed was abruptly halted. During the period when I had
full custody, Mrs. Magaña, the school social worker, saw my eldest daughter multiple times. According to
subpoenaed records, my daughter bravely discl
osed the domestic abuse she suffered, including being
locked in her room by her grandmother, Pamela Neal, preventing her from seeing me.
When Thomas Neal regained partial custody, he stopped all mental health services for my children,
including sessions wi
th Mrs. Magaña. He met with Mrs. Magaña and Principal Marshall several times,
inquiring if the disclosures my children made would be part of their student files. After confirming this,
he allowed the children to resume seeing Mrs. Magaña in December 2022.
The Ongoing Cover - Up
In January 2023, my daughter courageously reported further instances of abuse by Thomas Neal and his
family. She disclosed these alarming situations to Mrs. Magaña, who then informed the Guardian ad
Litem, Wendy Musielak. Shortly the
reafter, I stopped receiving the regular reports, and my daughter
repeatedly questioned why she no longer saw the social worker. Mrs. Magaña’s evasive behavior and
denial of these documented conversations raised serious concerns about her role in shielding
Thomas
Neal from scrutiny.
Thomas Neal continued to block all therapists from meeting with my children, allowing only Mrs.
Magaña to see them, thereby isolating them from essential support. In court, Mrs. Magaña falsely
claimed that my children had never
reported any abuse, significantly influencing ongoing investigations
and court perceptions. This led me to request that she no longer see my children, as her involvement
was causing them harm.
Legal and Moral Failures
On December 22, 2023, despite my expl
icit concerns, a motion was filed by Wendy Musielak and
Thomas Neal’s legal team, forcing my children to continue seeing Mrs. Magaña. This motion disregarded
my parental rights and the well
–
being of my children, exposing them to an environment where their
safety and truth were compromised. Additionally, I was barred from communicating with all staff at All
Saints, preventing me from advocating for my children.
In November 2023 an my
son reported being physically being assaulted by Thomas Neal during their
dinner. On December 10
th
, during a critical DCFS investigation, my parental rights were illegally
terminated to control the investigation and silence my voice. Despite multiple subp
oenas demanding
communication records related to my divorce, compliance was deliberately obstructed. Mrs. Marshall’s
refusal to address the actions of Mrs. Magaña, coupled with her unwavering support for her, highlights a
severe breach of trust and duty by
those responsible for protecting vulnerable children

This situation underscores the urgent need for a fair and thorough review of the entire case. We must
rally together to ensure that these grave injustices are corrected and that transpa
rency and justice
prevail for my children and every child at the academy.
