Demand for Accountability: Addressing Assistant Principal Maggie Detwiller's Negligence
In our society’s framework, educational institutions are not just centers of learning but
sanctuaries where the safety and well-being of our children are prioritized. Entrusted with this
sacred duty are educational administrators like Mrs. Maggie Detwiller, Assistant Principal of All
Saints Catholic Academy. However, troubling reports concerning her actions, or lack thereof,
necessitate immediate scrutiny and action.
Disregard of Urgent Concerns
In the summer of 2023, I escalated critical allegations of abuse relating to my children to Mrs.
Detwiller, following revelations made to the school’s social worker. To substantiate these claims,
I sought to provide Mrs. Detwiller with crucial court subpoena records and additional pertinent
documentation. Contrary to the expectations of her duty, my attempts to engage were met with
disconcerting dismissal. Mrs. Detwiller’s refusal to review the documents or acknowledge the
gravity of the situation gravely undermines her role and responsibility. This act of negligence
paints a concerning picture of her disregard for the safety of students under her care.
Legal Non - Compliance and Obstruction
Adding to the gravity of the situation is Mrs. Detwiller’s non-compliance with legal obligations.
A court order explicitly demanded the release of all relevant emails and communications linked
to my investigations—requests she willfully ignored. Such defiance is not just a failure in
administrative responsibility but constitutes a direct obstruction of justice, thwarting efforts
aimed at uncovering the truth and safeguarding our children.
Call to Action
The behavior exhibited by Mrs. Detwellier is not just unacceptable, it is reprehens
ible for anyone
in a position of authority within an educational setting. This situation transcends mere
administrative oversight and reflects a profound failure in fulfilling the ethical obligations
expected of educators, essentially violating the trust p
laced in them by parents, guardians, and
the community.
Hence, I call upon the school board, legal authorities, and all relevant stakeholders to:
1. Take immediate action against Mrs. Detwillier for her failings.
2. Enforce adherence to court orders and legal mandates rigorously.
3. Reassess the oversight and accountability measures within All Saints Catholic Academy to prevent future incidents of this nature.

Our children’s protection, their confidence in the institutions designed to foster their growth, and
